Shipping Policy

Domestic within Aus
All domestic orders are processed with Standard or Express shipping within 48 hours of being placed.

Standard Shipping is free for all orders. 

Express Shipping is $10 AUD for all orders and applied at checkout. 

Orders over $250 AUD will receive free Express Shipping. 

Express Shipping delivers between 1-4 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service. Standard Shipping delivers between 4-8 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service. 

Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your order updates and tracking number via Australia Post. Please check your junk folder.

International
All international orders are shipped and processed through DHL, within 48 hours of being placed. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $48 AUD and will be applied at checkout. Orders are shipped via DHL Express, and delivery times are determined by DHL once the shipment has been created. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning you may be required to pay these fees before your package is delivered.
