If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of purchase (domestic orders) or 21 days of purchase (international). we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions accordingly. please contact our customer care team at hola@delsol-salon.com and include your order number. we don’t offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.

Domestic within Aus
All domestic orders are processed with Standard or Express shipping within 48 hours of being placed.
Standard Shipping is $8 for all orders under $250 AUD and applied at checkout. Express Shipping is $12 AUD for all orders under $250 AUD and applied at checkout.
Orders over $250 AUD will receive free Express Shipping.
Express Shipping delivers between 1-4 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service.
Standard Shipping delivers between 4-8 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service.
Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your order updates and tracking number via Australia Post. Please check your junk folder.
International
All international orders are shipped and processed through DHL, within 48 hours of being placed.
International shipping is a flat rate of $40 AUD and applied at checkout.
Delivery is determined by DHL once shipment is created and your orders has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track your delivery.
Customs, Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout with shipping destination and order values.
All orders will be shipped on a DDp (Delivery Duty Paid) Basis.
Once Dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order update and tracking number (Waybill) via DHL Express.

Thoughtfully designed in Sydney, Australia these tactile vessels are coloured in muted hues to invite daily rituals undefined by gender, skin type, or age.
Translating to ‘of the sun’ Del Sol centres on our collective health – people and planet – with reusable and recyclable packaging and ingredients free from harsh chemicals. Launched in 2022 by Stephanie Dyer, DELSOL Salon was born from a personal philosophy that skin care should be equal parts effective, ethical, and fun.
Del sol seeks to form connections through regular rhythms; everyday practices that take us back to when we feel our best: skin scrubbed clean by saltwater, saccharine icy poles dripping down sun-drenched limbs, and long, languorous days, captured only by the soft exposure of film.
